To review or modify the Gravity Toolbar Settings, navigate to the System Settings screen.

Configure Gravity Toolbar Settings
The Gravity Toolbar displays a sidebar menu on the right side of the screen within the Agent Desktop window. This toolbar integrates additional components to simultaneously work with active tasks; i.e., Contact Details, Screen-pop, and Agent dialer.
- The Gravity Toolbar is enabled by default
When enabled, the "Configure Toolbar" button will open an editor to choose whether or not the system will automatically screen-pop to show the default contact details from the Gravity Toolbar.
