Account Owners & System Admins
Platform roles required to view and manage system settings.
Prerequisite: Dispositions plugin is required to be installed into your account.
Please contact support@gravitycx.io to enable dispositions within your account if it is not installed in your Twilio Flex instance.
To review or modify disposition settings, navigate to the System Settings screen.
Navigate to Menu > Settings
Configure Disposition Settings
If dispositions are enabled within your account, you will view a new "Dispositions Settings" section within the system settings screen.
The disposition triggers setting allows you to configure sending automated SMS messages to contacts when a task is completed.
Enabling the disposition triggers setting allows you to select the phone number to use when sending the automated SMS messages.
