Account Owners, System Admins, Supervisors & Agents

Platform roles required to view and manage language settings.

To modify language settings, users will find the language dropdown list available from any screen at the top bar level.

Display available languages 

Current language will display at the top bar level and when clicking on top, it will display a dropdown list with all available languages.

Selecting a different language 

When selecting a different language, the system brings up a confirmation message, and it will trigger a refresh action on the entire page after clicking on 'YES'.
