Gravity CX Product Release 2.2.0
The Gravity CX 2.2.0 release (August 10, 2025) introduces major upgrades to agent monitoring, compliance, and workflow automation.
Enhancements include advanced filters in the Monitor Agents view, customizable task and user management views, and expanded task details for improved visibility. SMS and email management have been strengthened with opt-out enforcement, user-level SMS controls, and new Click-to-Email options. Other highlights include known agent routing, automated status thresholds, canned response variables, call termination tracking, activity history filters, and robust recording retention policies with voicemail support. Together, these features provide stronger compliance, improved reporting, and more efficient agent supervision.
