The latest release covers the migration from Twilio Flex 1.34.6 to 2.8.3 with Gravity CX, introducing a modernized UI, enhanced queue stats customization, improved contact and activity history views, and expanded options for managing users, devices, and themes.
Key features include location and team assignments, extensions and default numbers, device selection, and a theme designer. Twilio Flex also adds expanded voice capabilities, flexible device management, and pilot features powered by Voice Intelligence, such as transcription and advanced customer data access.
