Support for Spanish & French Canadian
With native language support for Spanish and French Canadian, customers can expand support for their Twilio Flex contact center across multiple regions.
Note: Native support for Spanish & French Canadian only applies to the FLEXFIG plugin and the core Twilio Flex platform. Any third-party services and the admin Twilio Flex plugin will not be translated in the Twilio Flex UI.

Automatically Transition Agents Statues
Agent status automation allows you to easily configure automation rules that will transition agent statuses based on specific actions.
Ex. Create an agent status for "On Call" and configure a rule to automatically transition agents to "On Call" whenever they accept a voice call.

Gain Deeper Insight with DNIS & ANI Columns
With the DNIS column, you can view which number the customer used to call or send an SMS to your contact center. With the ANI column, you can view which number your agent used to call or send an SMS to the customer.
