New Feature: Auto-Assign Voicemails

Auto-Assign Voicemails

Account Owners & Admins now have the ability to configure automatically assigning voicemails to agents. Agents are assigned new voicemails in a round-robin approach.

Enhancement: Shared Voicemail Box

Account Owner or System Admin role required.

Shared Voicemail Box

Account Owners & Admins now have the ability to configure if agents will be able to view a shared voicemail box or only to see the voicemails assigned to the agent. Additionally, voicemails now include new statuses: "In Progress" and "Trash".

New Feature: Threshold Limits

Account Owner or System Admin.

Threshold Limits for Agent Statuses

Account Owners and Admins now have the ability to set threshold limits based on the agent status. If agents exceed the threshold limit, supervisors will be alerted automatically.

Additional Enhancements

We added the following enhancements within release 1.12.0:

  • Added the ability to view "Verified Caller IDs" in the caller id selector in the dialpad 
  • Added the ability to assign skills to agents, teams, and queues without a skill level 
  • Added the ability to enable fullscreen/wallboard mode for real-time queues 
  • Added the ability to configure a default disposition for a queue 

Bug Fixes 

We fixed the following bugs within release 1.12.0:

  • UI improvements and minor content modifications
