Easily assign supervisors to teams within your Twilio Flex contact center. Supervisors assigned to teams automatically inherit the skills assigned to the team.
Account Owners, System Admins & Supervisors
Platform roles required to view and manage teams.
To assign supervisors to a team, navigate to the Manage Teams screen.
Navigate to Menu > Manage Teams
Assign Supervisors to a Team
After selecting the team, you will be redirected to the team details screen.
- Select the “Assigned Supervisors” tab.
- Click the “+” icon in the top right section of the table.
- Select the supervisors to be assigned to the team.
- Click the drop-down menu in the “Select Supervisors” box to access available supervisors
- Search or select the available supervisors to be assigned to the team
Note: Account Owner and System Admin roles will be displayed within the list of available supervisors.
Selected supervisors can be deselected before team assignments are made.
- Click the “Save Changes” button to assign supervisors to the team
All of the selected supervisors will appear in a list on the "Assigned Supervisors" tab.
Remove a Supervisor from a Team
To remove supervisors from a team, select the supervisor that should be removed and confirm that the supervisor should be removed.
- Hover your cursor over the row with the supervisor that should be removed
- Click on the remove (trashcan) icon
- Select “Yes” when the delete confirmation message appears
Remove Supervisors from a Team (Bulk)
Multiple supervisors can be removed from a team at once.
- Select the checkbox next to the name of the supervisors to be removed
- Click the delete (trashcan) icon above the agent list header
- Select “Yes” when the delete confirmation message appears
Additionally, you can select all of the supervisors on the page to be removed from the team at one time.
- Select the checkbox in the header beside the "Name" label in the table header
- Every supervisor selected will be removed from the team
- Click the delete (trashcan) icon above the supervisor list in the header
- Select “Yes” when the delete confirmation message appears
