Connect the Salesforce integration to import and manage users within your Twilio Flex contact center.

Platform roles required to view and import users.
Prerequisite: Configure and activate the natively supported Salesforce integration to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) using Salesforce within your Twilio Flex contact center.
After enabling the Salesforce integration, you will be able to import users into your Twilio Flex contact center.
Navigate to Menu > Manage Users
Import Users from Salesforce
To import users from Salesforce, select "Import Salesforce Users" in the top right-hand corner of the Manage Users screen.
After clicking on the "Import Salesforce Users" button you will be redirected to the Import Users screen.
To import users, set the role of the users you want to import and import the users with a role selected.
- Search or select the users you want to import into the system
- Set the role of the users you want to import
- Click the "Import Selected Users" button
After clicking the "Import Selected Users" button, you will be redirected to the Manage Users screen.
- All of the selected users will be in the list of users
