New Feature: Click-to-Dial
Account Owner, System Admin, Supervisor, or Agent role required.
Click-to-Dial has been enabled for all active Twilio Flex & FLEXFIG accounts.
To use the Click-to-Dial feature, the user's status must be set to "Available".
Click-to-Dial is shown for any valid phone number or mobile number from the "Manage Contacts" screen. Refer to Manage Contacts for more details.
Click-to-Dial is also shown for any valid phone number or mobile number from the "Individual Contact Record" screen. Refer to Manage Contacts Activity History for more details.
