Quickly and easily switch between multiple open tasks and communication channels within Twilio Flex.
Account Owners, System Admins, Supervisors & Agents
Platform roles required to accept tasks. Account Owners, System Admins, and Supervisors must be set to "Act as Agent" to receive tasks.
To perform task related functions, users will navigate to the Agent Desktop screen.
Navigate to Menu > Agent Desktop
Switch Tasks within the Agent Desktop
Agents can switch between multiple open tasks within the Agent Desktop by selecting any open task from the task list.
To switch between active tasks, select the task from the list of tasks.
