Platform roles required to view and manage third-party integrations.
Prerequisite: Reserve a Twilio phone number or your own WhatsApp Business profile phone number for this purpose.
To connect your WhatsApp phone number to your contact center, navigate to the Integrations screen.
Navigate to Menu > Settings > Integrations
Locate the WhatsApp integration card from the list of integrations and click on the settings (cog) icon to open the WhatsApp settings.
After clicking on the settings (cog) icon, a slideout will appear for editing the WhatsApp Settings.
Configure WhatsApp Integration
To enable the WhatsApp integration, you must provide the following information:
- Enter your WhatsApp-enabled phone number
- Select "Save Changes" to apply the changes
Install WhatsApp Integration
To complete the setup of your WhatsApp integration, click on the 'Install' button from the WhatsApp integration card to complete the installation process.
