Account Owners & System Admins

Platform roles required to view and manage third-party integrations.

Prerequisite: Create an API key/token within the Okta instance with a user with either a "Super Admin", "App Admin" or "Org Admin" role. 

To enable Okta as an SSO provider, navigate to the Integrations screen. 

Navigate to Menu > Settings > Integrations

Locate the Okta card from the list of integrations and click on the settings (cog) icon to open the Okta Settings. 

After clicking on the settings (cog) icon, a slideout will appear for editing the Okta Settings.

Enable Okta Single Sign-On (SSO)

To activate Okta for SSO capabilities, you must enable it within the Okta Application settings.

To enable Okta SSO, provide the required details, and save the changes. 

  • Provide the Okta Domain
  • Provide the API Token
  • Click on "Save Changes" to apply the changes
  • Click on "Activate" from the Okta card

Once the page gets refreshed, click on the Okta card information icon to retrieve the SSO details that will be added within the Twilio console.

Note: Only one SSO provider can be enabled for an account. After the SSO provider has been enabled, it cannot be manually disabled. If you need to change SSO providers later, please contact support@gravitycx.io for help.
