Easily configure Microsoft Azure Active Directory as a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider within your Twilio Flex contact center.

Platform roles required to view and manage third-party integrations.

To perform Microsoft Azure SSO-related functions, users will navigate to the Integrations screen. 

Navigate to Menu > Settings > Integrations

Locate the Microsoft Azure AD integrations from the list of integrations and click on the settings (cog) icon to open the Microsoft Azure AD Settings. 

After clicking on the settings (cog) icon, a slideout will appear for editing the Microsoft Azure AD Settings.

Enable Microsoft Azure AD Single Sign-On (SSO)

To enable Microsoft Azure for SSO capabilities available through the Active Directory, you must enable it within the Azure Enterprise Application settings.

To enable the Azure Enterprise Application, provide the required details, and save the changes. 

  • Provide the "Tenant ID" of your Active Directory instance 
  • Provide the "App Object ID" of the Enterprise Application 
  • Provide the "Client ID" of the Enterprise Application  
  • Provide the "Client Secret" of the Microsoft Graph API
  • Select "Save Changes" to apply the changes 

Note: Only one SSO provider can be enabled for an account. After the SSO provider has been enabled, it cannot be manually disabled. If you need to change SSO providers later, please contact support@flexfig.com for help.
