To use FLEXFIG, you are required to have an active Twilio account and Twilio Flex must be installed.
If you do not have an existing Twilio account, follow the "Twilio Account Creation" steps below to create your account. If you have an existing Twilio account, you can skip to the "Invite FLEXFIG Team to Your Twilio Account" section.
Twilio Account Creation
To create your new Twilio account:
- Access https://www.twilio.com/try-twilio
- Provide your account details for your new Twilio account
- Verify your email address which was used to create your new Twilio account
- After you have verified your email address, verify your phone number
- Next, either answer the initial sign up questions or select "Skip to Dashboard"
- After your account is created, you will be able to view your Twilio project dashboard
Invite FLEXFIG Team to Your Twilio Account
If you have multiple Twilio projects in your account, you must select the preferred account that will allow us access. To provide us access to this account, click the down arrow in the top, left-hand corner, and select "View All Projects". From the "View All Projects" screen, select the project that will be used with FLEXFIG.
Follow the steps below after selecting the project that will be used with FLEXFIG:
- Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Manage Users
- Access https://www.twilio.com/console/project/users
- You must authenticate your account by entering your account password before you can add a user
- Access https://www.twilio.com/console/project/users
- Click on the "+" button to add a new user
- Enter accounts@flexfig.com as the email address
- Set the role to "Administrator"
- Click the send invitation button
